We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer with expertise in Office 365, proficiency in managing a diverse fleet of laptops running both Windows and MacOS, and experience Mobile Device Management (MDM). Join our dynamic IT team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems while providing top-notch technical support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
User Support:
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries, technical issues, and service requests on both Windows and MacOS platforms.
- Provide comprehensive support for hardware, software, and network-related problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Office 365 and Email Management:
- Administer and manage Office 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, for users on both Windows and MacOS.
- Configure and troubleshoot email accounts, distribution lists, and security settings within the Office 365 environment.
Office Infrastructure:
- Manage the IT infrastructure (internet connectivity, printers, meeting-room equipment) across multiple locations across Nigeria.
Mobile Device Management:
- Manage VMware Intelligent Hub for Mobile Device Management (MDM) for both Windows and MacOS laptops.
- Ensure secure and efficient mobile device usage through policy configuration, device enrollment, and troubleshooting.
Windows and MacOS Support:
- Provide comprehensive support for both Windows and MacOS devices, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows and MacOS systems into the overall IT infrastructure.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor IT systems for performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and potential improvements on both Windows and MacOS platforms.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system patches, and antivirus management.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides applicable to both Windows and MacOS environments.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.
Fleet Management:
- Manage and maintain a fleet of laptops running both Windows and MacOS, ensuring consistent performance, security, and compliance.
- Implement standardized configurations and deployment processes for new devices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support roles with expertise in managing both Windows and MacOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and administration.
- Experience with VMware Intelligent Hub for Mobile Device Management.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting both Windows and MacOS devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
