Responsibilities

To provide support for all IT infrastructure hardware & applications as well as configuration, upgrades and maintenance
To test and implement software patches for all applications, including third party applications
To maintain comprehensive and updated documentation of all ICT systems and assets infrastructure in use by the Group
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Respond to and resolve help desk routine tickets.

Requirements
Qualifications:

B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering
Added advantage of Certification in Microsoft, Networking, cloud computing and security systems.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ post-qualification experience
Experience with complex databases.

Technical Competencies:

Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment
Ability to evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications
Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
Identifies ways to constantly improve operational efficiency.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Maintains up to date knowledge of recent trends within the IT profession.
