- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Officer located in Nigeria.
- The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Hardware and software knowledge
- Network problem-solving abilities
- Experience in maintaining IT systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
