Educational & Professional Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer usage proficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year wok experience in IT related field.
Role Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and ensure all issues reported are recorded and resolved on time.
- All issues unresolvable within 24hrs should be escalated to the next level support (systems/network administrator).
- Install and configure Laptops, printers, phones and scanners.
- Ensure that all users sign the fortnightly backup confirmation log.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage the purchase and setup of all I.T related equipment.
- Maintain an incidence report database showing incidence, time escalated, time resolved, and lessons.
- Work with systems administrator and Network Engineer for guidance and training support.
