Responsibilities:
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Ensure all support requests reported are well documented and tracked on issue tracking platform within the shift
- Ensure all unresolved issues are escalated to the line manager within the agreed TAT
- Basic support for issues relating to the general use of office equipment and networks which includes:
- Devices connection issues.
- Computer software issues (including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, and other software in the company).
- Wireless Communication Issues.
- Inventory Maintenance.
- Escalate issues unresolved to the Systems Admin/ Network Admin within the TAT specified.
- All other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Internship, OND Computer Science or relevant certifications and training
- Competencies & Skills
- Strong Communication skills. Must be articulate.
- Average networking skills
- Average analytical skills
- Average troubleshooting skills
- Low Average computer operations and OS skills.
- Low Average server configuration and management skills.
