Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining our systems to ensure smooth business operations. 
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
  • Ensure data security and support cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and asset management.
  • Assist in IT project planning and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with networking, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
