MindAfrica is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2006. Our mission is to bridge the Literacy and Digital divide by using ICT to foster life-long learning and hands-on education for children and youth of our nation and then Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update the organization’s website as needed.
- Deliver IT training sessions for students and staff.
- Support the implementation of digital learning tools.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
Requirements
- A Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues (hardware, software, and networking).
- Experience with website administration (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Ability to train and support non-technical users in digital tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
