Role Summary
- The Junior Content & Media Associate is an execution-first role responsible for capturing, editing, and organising short-form video content for Dreamlife Studios Clients and KWS Media Academy.
- You will work under clear briefs, defined timelines, and close supervision. Growth in this role is earned through consistency and output, not promises or potential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (reels, BTS, short clips)
- Edit videos primarily using Premier Pro or CapCut (mandatory)
- Prepare clean, usable content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Content & Training Support
- Capture photos and videos during training sessions, workshops, and events
- Assist in documenting classes and academy activities
- Organise media files and folders according to internal systems
Execution & Team Discipline
- Follow briefs, schedules, and deadlines strictly
- Work closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Programs team
- Accept feedback, corrections, and revisions without defensiveness
- Improve output quality over time through repetition and guidance
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in content creation or media support
- Strong ability to shoot clean, stable videos with a phone
- Solid editing skills using CapCut (non-negotiable)
- Basic Premiere Pro knowledge is an advantage
- Good eye for framing, lighting, and simple storytelling
- Reliable, teachable, and consistent
- Comfortable working in a structured, supervised team environment
Salary & Growth
- ?80,000 – ?130,000 monthly (based on demonstrated skill and output)
- 3-month probation period
- Performance review after 3 months

Role Commitment (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday).
This role is not suitable for:
- Students
- NYSC members
- Individuals enrolled in or planning to enrol in any academic or professional program
- Anyone seeking hybrid, remote, or flexible work arrangements
Applicants must be able to commit to at least 12 months of consistent onsite work.
