Position Overview:
- BSS solutions for billing and customer care domain
- L1 /L2 Engineers- Support and Services
- Will be a member of MSO support team.
- He should be able to manage the Tecnotree Applications & should be able to communicate well with the customer.
- He must regularly communicate with Offshore/Onsite for Reporting Purposes and to Provide OnTime Resolution.
Primary Skills :
- Telecom BSS Knowledge, SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic/Java Basics.
- Strong Team Player
- Good Analytical Skills
- Knowledge on Shell scripting,
- Know-how on containers, dockers, ranchers an advantage. Essential Job Functions:
- Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects
- Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution
- Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis
- Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA
- Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors
- Application Maintenance
- Provide necessary Application log to L3/SME & all required support to diagnose a reported problem
- Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers
- Pro-Active Communications (internal and external) Minimum Qualification / Education:
- A technical degree qualification is a key requirement for this role,
