Responsibilities
- ERP process documentation
- Maintaining ERP support log
- Technical support to end-users, addressing system inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Participating in system implementations, troubleshooting.
- Data migration from Legacy system to business central.
- Creating a Training Manual for Interkel Company
- Training of new staff and providing ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Qualification
- 3 - 6 years of work experience.
