Responsibilities

  • ERP process documentation
  • Maintaining ERP support log
  • Technical support to end-users, addressing system inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Participating in system implementations, troubleshooting.
  • Data migration from Legacy system to business central.
  • Creating a Training Manual for Interkel Company
  • Training of new staff and providing ongoing application support and troubleshooting.

Qualification

  • 3 - 6 years of work experience.
