Responsibilities
- Lead and define the creative direction for diverse branding projects, ensuring each delivers innovative and visually compelling results.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams from conceptualization through execution, working closely with the Brand team to establish creative strategies that align with the client’s vision and objectives.
- Guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients to deeply understand their brand goals.
- Develop creative briefs, and present compelling, cohesive brand solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop and refine visual brand identities, from logo creation to complete visual identity systems, packaging, and digital experiences.
- Oversee the application of brand guidelines across all platforms, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality in alignment with the company’s creative standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on brand design, visual identity, and creative leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with a portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms.
- Experience building inspiration/ concept presentations, and mood boards for a variety of concepts and directions.
- Expertise in typography, composition, layout, design thinking, and content strategy in the design solutions you create.
- Experience in leading design teams and managing creative projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and designs effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding industry trends, new design technologies, and creative tools that push the boundaries of brand design.
