Job Description
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through the application of Continuous Improvement methodologies & Intelligent Automation across the group. Leading reviews of business processes, analysing requirements and developing optimization strategies, uncovering opportunities for automations. Oversee the end-to-end Intelligent Automation project lifecycle from ideation to deployment. Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies, standards, processes, best practices and roadmaps. Support the Manager, Process Architecture & Efficiency Management in identifying, assessing and mitigating the risks facing both systems and business processes and thereby minimising the operational risks
Qualifications
- B.Sc/ B.Tech/ B.Eng (Second Class Upper)
- Certification in Automation Tools and Technologies in RPA/BPA space.
- Certifications in either Business Analysis or Project Management (Anyone of PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE 2 Agile, CBAP etc.) is a plus.
