Job Description
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through the application of Continuous Improvement methodologies & Intelligent Automation across the group.
- Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies, standards, processes, best practices and roadmaps.
- Lead the design and development of automation initiatives and solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of business analysts, RPA Developers and other support roles who are responsible for building and maintaining Intelligent Automation solutions and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to define Intelligent Automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Qualification
- B.Sc/ B.Tech/ B.Eng (Second Class Upper)
- Certification in Automation Tools and Technologies in RPA/BPA space.
- Certifications in either Business Analysis or Project Management (Anyone of PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE 2 Agile, CBAP etc.) is a plus.
