Job description
- Develop and implement an integrated media and marketing strategy to position the brand as an industry leader.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
- Oversee the development of engaging, brand-aligned content across all channels (social media, digital platforms, TV, print, etc.).
- Demonstrate a keen eye for producing and curating high-quality videos, motion content, and graphics that align with the organization’s brand
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets and influencers
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing media and marketing team.
- Monitor ROI for marketing initiatives and optimize spending to maximize results.
- Create a multi-year marketing roadmap to support business development, talent programs, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Act as the brand’s spokesperson in collaboration with the leadership team when engaging with the media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, partnerships, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
