Job description
- Ensure mailing/printing of mailing letters of various bank cards using mailing machines – VERVE Debit and Prepaid cards, MasterCard Credit or Debit cards.
- Ensure that all cards are counted and packaged appropriately, stating the job number and quantities on the pack.
- Ensure all personalized and fulfilled cards must be sorted accordingly. Sorting should be done according to branches without any branch mix-up.
- Ensure all required documents for production operations must be completed as at when due.
- Carry out regular maintenance on all Mailing Machines.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
- Ensure all registers are filled properly i.e BIN CARDS, Job Movement Registers, Personalization Reports, Delivery ticket.
- Ensure daily report to the office and weekend if required.
- Ensure mailing of allotted number of cards within the stipulated time according to the daily production plan.
- Ensure proper filing of document/reports.
- Attend weekly or monthly meetings /trainings for Production staff.
- Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
- Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in his/her possession are properly taken care of.
- Report any Incident on the Production floor or the HSZ the supervisor or line manager.
- Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager through the Supervisors.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum of BSC/HND, Computer Science or any relevant course .
- Must have completed NYSC programme.
