Job Overview

  • We are looking for a focused and motivated Management Trainee Analyst to join our team.
  • This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, recruitment, and general office tasks.
  • The Management trainee will work closely with various departments, providing support and gaining exposure to different aspects of the company.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidates’ databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling of correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as needed by different departments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science, Engineering or any IT related field.
  • Minimum of 5 credits in O’level incuding Mathematics and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Oral)
  • Attention to details.
