  • If so, then we want you to join our team as a Marketing (Brand and Digital) Executive! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • You will be a key player in shaping our online presence and ensuring that our brand resonates with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities
Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Create and manage brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Develop and oversee brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation online.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (blog posts, articles, social media posts, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with brand and business objectives.
  • Create compelling and informative content across various formats (written, visual, audio).
  • Manage content calendar and editorial workflow.
  • Promote content through social media and other channels.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging social media content.
  • Run social media contests and promotions.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
  • Analyse social media performance and identify areas for improvement.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage email lists.
  • Design and write effective email newsletters and marketing emails.
  • Analyse email campaign performance and optimize open and click-through rates.

Requirements
Who are we looking for?

  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp), CRM, Sales ERP, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentable with the ability to clearly articulate the values and bene?ts of the company.
  • Relevant Sales Training & Certi?cations are a plus.
