  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Lead to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and strengthening the organization’s overall communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy (digital, offline, partnerships) aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, social media, case studies) and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO, webinars) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement.
  • Lead external communications including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop internal communication materials (company updates, newsletters, team briefs).
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics (traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, ROI) and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and designers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, collateral, presentations).
  • Stay current on marketing and industry trends, and propose new channels and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably in consulting, EdTech, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, content marketing, and digital acquisition.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and marketing KPIs.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior marketers.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms, social scheduling tools).
