To carry out your role…
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across various channels.
- Unleash your creativity to develop captivating content for social media, radio, television, email marketing, and the website.
- Take ownership of PressOne Africa's digital presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimise results and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Your Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management:
- Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across all channels.
- Ensure consistent visual identity and brand voice across all marketing materials.
- Develop a data-driven content strategy that aligns with PressOne Africa's overall marketing goals.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Digital Presence & Public Relations:
- Manage PressOne Africa's digital presence across various platforms (website, social media).
- Develop relationships with relevant media outlets and secure positive press coverage.
- Build and maintain a strong online reputation for PressOne Africa.
Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:
- Organise and participate in industry networking events to connect with potential customers and partners.
- Identify and collaborate with other organisations or individuals to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate
- A savvy marketer with a knack for storytelling and a passion for building brands (minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role).
- You're a quick learner, resourceful, and willing to get your hands dirty to tackle diverse marketing challenges.
- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- An eye for design and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
