We are searching for a Marketing Manager with Digital Marketing experience. The candidate must be a hard-core marketing professional, not sales profile. A creative individual with good communication skills and excellent time management.

The Marketing Manager should have detail-oriented knowledge and experience in digital marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific targeted audiences.

The candidate will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and be meticulous to detail. Pleasing personality, good interpersonal, and team interaction capabilities. Good at excel and data analytics, making presentations using PowerPoint

Location is Lagos and working experience is 5-7 years in digital marketing agency/FMCG/Automotive companies Salary range is 500,000-600,000.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use data analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, content creators, and designers to develop marketing materials.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, and online content.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop brand-positioning strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies for new media and digital marketing teams.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize online presence.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms.

Budget Management:

  • Develop marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI of marketing activities and make adjustments as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Track growth and maintain analytics to provide up to date information to upper management.
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate in both written and oral using English, Pigin, and ability to communication in Hausa will be added advantage.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to present insights and recommendations to senior management using excel PowerPoints and data analytics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance over time.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Lead website development and oversee all customers facing digital communication channels
