Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across multiple enterprise software products. This role will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market execution for solutions serving government institutions, financial services, corporate organisations, and field-based industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute unified marketing strategies across all product lines.
- Lead digital campaigns across social media, web, email, SEO, and paid channels.
- Create marketing assets such as brochures, videos, graphics, presentations, and landing pages.
- Run demand-generation initiatives and track MQL → SQL performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a small team of product marketing executives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in enterprise/B2B marketing (SaaS or software company preferred).
- Solid skills in digital marketing tools such as:
HubSpot / Zoho CRM, MailChimp, Google Analytics, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Canva/Figma. - Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product portfolios simultaneously.
- Experience creating content for enterprise or government audiences.
