'CcHUB is Nigeria’s first open living lab and pre-incubation space designed to be a multi-functional, multi-purpose space where work to catalyze creative social tech ventures take place. The HUB is a place for technologists, social entrepreneurs, government, tech companies, impact investors and hackers in and around Lagos to co-create new solutions to the many social problems in Nigeria. In addition, the hub leads co-creation initiatives aimed at creating novel technologically driven solutions to the myriad social challenges facing the average Nigerian. The Hub also network stakeholders from diverse walks of life to create these solutions and also encourage social accountability through social creativity activating knowledge networks harnessing resources and imagination across society not just within public service professions and institutions
Job Description
As a media Intern at CcHUB, you will play an important role in the development, creation and production of high-quality Multimedia content (videos, pictures, audio editing, animations) to tell the stories of our practices and business expressions in your location.
Work with account managers to create and deliver media assets (pictures/videos/audio files) to practices in the organization.
- Assist in Planning and shooting high-quality videos and photos for social media and documentation/promotional/educational purposes
- Editing and Creating High-quality videos
- Collaborate with team members to come up with engaging and innovative ideas for the diverse stories in the organization.
- Assist in the coverage and execution of events (this includes providing photography/videography support).
- Collaborate/work with external vendors when needed to deliver on predetermined media assets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of Adobe after effects,Adobe Audition and Lightroom
- Camera Handling knowledge (Canon/Sony System)
- Understanding of cinematography concepts (framing,lighting etc)
- Photography skills
- Storytelling skill
- Teamwork/collaboration
- Good communication skills
- Portfolio (Photo and video)
