Job Description
- As the Media & Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic and creative individual.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media advertising.
- Create and manage engaging content & designs for various online platforms to enhance our online presence.
- Create a content calendar to share periodic updates and plans for social media activities.
- Brand Promotion:
- Manage and promote the company's brand image through marketing materials, advertisements, and other creative content.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to increase brand exposure.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
- Utilize market insights to refine target audiences effectively.
- Public Relations:
- Build relationships with industry influencers, press, and media outlets to secure favorable coverage and media partnerships.
- Prepare and distribute press releases and media communications.
- Contribute to the overall sales growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Creative mindset & good use of basic graphic design, great content creation, and media tools.
- Proven experience in media, marketing, and sales roles, with a track record of achieving goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, pays attention to details and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
