Job Responsibilities

  • Develop media coverage strategies, coordinate media resources, and ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Draft press releases, official statements, and public opinion guidance materials to protect the company's legitimate rights and interests.
  • Contact media outlets (newspapers, television, online platforms), arrange interviews, filming, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and social media public opinion in real time, analyze potential public relations risks, and provide response recommendations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and evidence collection, assist in preparing external promotional materials.
  • Regularly report on communication effectiveness and optimize follow-up media strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or above; candidates with majors in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, or Law will be given priority?
  • Work Experience:‌ Minimum of 3 years’experience in media public relations, journalism, or industry publicity; familiar with media operations, skilled in press release writing, media relationship management, and crisis public relations; capable of independently completing reporting planning
  • No record of disciplinary violations, no complaints from industry associations, and no history of unethical or unprofessional conduct such as overcharging clients, failure to fulfill commitments, deception, threats, or harm to client interests (this is critical);
  • Possess strong professional ethics and dedication, be loyal to and protect client interests, be honest and trustworthy, reliable, committed to fulfilling promises, familiar with business etiquette, and mindful of personal branding;
  • Have solid professional competence and excellent job skills, capable of efficient collaboration with media, government agencies, and internal departments;
  • Possess strong logical analysis ability, negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication capabilities;
  • Experience in media public relations within the mining industry, familiar with procedures for handling illegal mining incidents;
  • Have media resources or industry connections, able to quickly reach target media;
  • Prior experience in international companies is preferred; standard English accent required;
  • Strong basic qualities, courteous demeanor, positive mindset, and appropriate, dignified behavior;
  • Fast learner, willing to continuously improve, ambitious, responsible, and self-motivated;
  • Capable of independently initiating and carrying out work, possess an innovative spirit, and able to complete the full cycle of planning, execution, and reporting;
  • Possess strong team spirit, organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership abilities; able to listen effectively and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and social skills.
