Job Description
- Closely work with OEMs on Technical Process Development and Review on issues resolution technical presentations to clients if required
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best meet their requirement with all technical details
- Providing presales technical assistance and product education
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
- Maintains excellent relationships with Clients and other stakeholders to obtain all necessary.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Computer Science (Minimum 2:1 or First Class)
- Ability to learn fast with good people management skills.
