Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Android Studio.
- Knowledge of Material Design principles and mobile UI/UX best practices.
- Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CoreData, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.
- Understanding of mobile-specific concerns such as navigation, gesture handling, and platform-specific APIs.
- Proficient in RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Experience with local storage, databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm), and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Firebase).
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
- Experience with unit testing and UI testing.
- Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
- Understanding Push Notifications, In-App Purchases, Analytics, and Crash Reporting tools.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data handling.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- UI/UX design experience or ability to work closely with designers.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Portfolio or published apps on app stores is a strong advantage.
