HAAF is an NGO registered with government regulatory bodies both at national, state and local level. the organization is characterized by holistic and data driven to education, protection and community development by integrating humanitarian, development and peace (HDP) into our educational focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis from community-level service delivery points.
- Provide guidance and capacity building to primary care providers (Case Managers, Mentor Mothers, and Data Collectors).
- Ensure alignment of community data with facility records.
- Compile and submit M&E/progress reports.
- Conduct data validation and support periodic evaluations.
- Work closely with NEPWHAN and relevant stakeholders to track key indicators.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Global Fund or PEPFAR projects.
- 3 years working in NGO/CBO HIV/TB/Malaria interventions.
- Strong ICT and statistical analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
- Familiarity with community-led tools and data harmonization processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
