Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Design:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of projects.
- Transform creative briefs and concepts into compelling and innovative motion graphic solutions.
Animation and Motion Design:
- Create dynamic and engaging animations using industry-standard tools and software.
- Develop visually appealing motion graphics for video intros, presentations, social media content, and other digital platforms.
Storyboarding:
- Develop storyboards and visual narratives to outline the flow and structure of motion graphic projects.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including video editors, illustrators, and marketing professionals, to bring concepts to life.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve motion graphic designs.
Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on final output to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within the given timeframe.
- Effectively communicate project progress and potential challenges to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to convey complex concepts visually.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
