Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for web, mobile, social media, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visuals that support campaigns, product launches, and user education.
- Develop visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, and branding materials.
- Translate complex fintech concepts into simple, engaging visual narratives.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
- Edit video footage, add motion graphics, and optimize multimedia for different platforms.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static and motion design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work cross-functionally.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
