Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
- Implement and maintain VLANs, bridging, firewall rules, NAT, QoS, and traffic shaping.
- Set up and manage VPNs (IPsec, WireGuard, SSTP, L2TP, OpenVPN) with secure routing.
- Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and rapid issue resolution.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, OSPF/BGP routing, Hotspot, and user management.
- Document all network configurations and changes for easy reference, audits, and disaster recovery.
- Assist in network capacity planning and expansion, recommending upgrades or enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure network solutions meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members or clients on network-related issues.
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and MikroTik features to implement best practices and improve network efficiency.
