Job Description
- Responsible for implementing last mile equipment installation
- Act as links verifier for all installed links by links installer.
- Assist in the resolution of faults escalated from service management
- Ensure accurate site surveys are conducted before any installation.
- Eliminate repeat calls on all worked-on installations.
- Ensure client's fault calls are attended to within the SLA time frame
- Ensures the functionality of all installed links at the client’s site before hand-over.
- Responsible for Generator, Inverter/rectifier setup.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in engineering field. CCNA qualification is an added advantage.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent disposition and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good networking and troubleshooting skill.
- Must have basic routing skills and be proficient in RF equipment
