Job Summary:
The Network Engineer is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and management of the company's network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will support and maintain network hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure the stability and security of the network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure.
- Configure and install various network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot network and security issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal network performance.
- Monitor network traffic and perform network analysis to identify and resolve network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective network management and integration with other systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices and services.
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
