Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for general hardware and network issues.
- Configure and share network resources, including printers.
- Perform crimping of RJ45 and RJ11 cables.
- Install and repair operating systems.
- Administer, install, troubleshoot, and repair Microsoft Office Suite – Office 365.
- Configure routers and switches.
- Demonstrate knowledge of virtual servers, including VMware, Hypervisor, and cloud servers.
- Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot mail servers, including Outlook and Webmail.
- Set up and administer virtual meetings using Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms.
- Knowledge of Firewall Gateway, e.g., Checkpoint Firewall, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or HND degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software
- Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Certification in CCNA or A+ will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.
