In this Network Infrastructure Presales Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase of IT infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales team, internal technical teams and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
Design comprehensive and customized IT infrastructure solutions that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
Educate and advise clients on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of proposed infrastructure solutions
Analyze customer requirements and assess the feasibility of proposed infrastructure solutions
Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation plans that articulate the proposed infrastructure solution.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) testing and validation of proposed infrastructure solutions to ensure they meet clients’ requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in Network engineering, or as an Enterprise System administrator.
Must have pre-sales experience
CCNP, CCNA, ITIL
Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Cisco ASA, Fortinet
Knowledge of SDN solutions such as ACI/VMware NSX/storage solution
Knowledge of Network protocols BGP and OSPF and F5 infrastructure
