Role Overview:
- We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring seamless internet service delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools, its a customer facing role and its shift based job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance & resolve issues
- Troubleshoot network outages & maintain uptime
- Perform root cause analysis & implement fixes
- Apply firmware updates & security patches
- Work with internal teams & service providers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in NOC, ISP, or telecom networks
- Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA) are a plus
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
