Aldreda Fields Ltd (AFL) is licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to provide and operate Open Access Metropolitan Fibre Cable Network Services in Nigeria. Our objective is to deepen broadband penetration in Lagos through the provision of an Open Access fibre-optic network infrastructure.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operations Center Supervisor located in Lekki.
- The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring excellent customer service within the NOC.
Qualifications
- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Computer Network Operations skills
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
- Customer Service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
