Job Description
- Provides technical support for wireless network optimization of on-site FDD-LTE projects, and achieves delivery milestones of engineering network optimization and network optimization service projects.
- Tracks on-site network performance faults, solves difficult network technical problems, monitors wireless network performance, identifies and tracks network problems and risks, and improves network quality.
- Conducts technical exchanges with operators about network optimization, clarifies and answers questions, and improves customer satisfaction.
- Be able to conduct internal and customer wireless network optimization technical exchanges, guidance, and skill transfer.
- Assists in bidding support for wireless projects, network planning, SOC response, network planning solution clarification, and presentation.
- Assists in research on wireless network performance improvement and network optimization efficiency improvement.
- Maintains efficient communication between the network optimization team and other teams, continuously promotes the optimization of internal and external work processes, and ensures the final achievement of project KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communications engineering, computer science, and electronics.
- Be familiar with the basic principles of GSM/UMTS/LTE, specifications and protocols related to mobile communications, and have been engaged in GSM/UMTS/LTE engineering implementation and network maintenance for at least three years.
- Have at least three years of experience in FDD-LTE wireless network planning, simulation, and optimization, and be proficient in using related instruments and tools.
- Good character, meticulous thinking, good communication, self-discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and acceptable high-intensity work pressure.
- Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit, customer service, and goal-oriented awareness.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
