Job Description
- Monitor customers’ CPE and network infrastructure via the Network Management System, taking note of any anomaly;
- Analyze and resolve operational and technical issues raised by customers;
- Integrate new customers into the existing infrastructure;
- Provide remote assistance and support to field engineers and clients;
- When it becomes necessary, work out of station;
- Configure microwave radios, Ericson radios, Cisco routers and switches, Linux or any other platform as will be required according to project needs.

- Ability to convey information clearly and in a succinct and organized manner through written and verbal means;
- Inter-personal skills with the ability to keep customers informed of progress or setbacks in projects of relevance to timeline and quality;
