Qualifications
- Strong editorial and news judgment skills
- Experience in newsroom management and editorial decision-making
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of housing, real estate, and construction industries
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
- Proficiency in digital media and news production
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Experience in TV news production is a plus
