Responsibilities
Site Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of solar sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and manage equipment functionality and maintenance schedules.
Inventory Management:
- Track and manage inventory levels of solar equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with Field Service Engineers (FSE) for prompt resolution of site escalations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary spare equipment.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reports that highlight cost savings and efficiencies achieved.
- Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Generate and manage Material Request Forms (MRFs) to facilitate equipment and material procurement as required.
- Create and issue delivery notes for inventory tracking and accountability.
- Identify and document any issues or challenges impacting site performance.
- Provide technical support to FSEs as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible for audits and reviews.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance, inventory, MRFs, and delivery notes.
Escalation Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate operational challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
