Job description
- Follow up on every outage
- Regular contact with FSEs and NSS to get update
- Prepare report as required by manager and customer
- Give timely updates internally and externally
- Prepare and send report as and when due without any escalation.
- Communicate effectively with FSEs and push till desired result isgotten without violating the code of conduct.
- Monitor and keep track of Diesel Level, Gate lock, Diesel Probes etcissues on sit.
- Monitor activities on site and revert with well analyzed report and avoid escalations from clients.
- Manage any client escalations promptly and intelligently.
- Other duties as assigned by the Line manager.
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma/ BSc
- Experience in a NOC or technical support role preferred.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
