Job Description
- As a Noiler Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to the production, distribution, and performance of Noiler birds.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data related to Noiler bird production, sales, farmer performance, and market trends.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving Noiler bird performance and farmer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in Noiler bird production and distribution.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the agricultural or poultry industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Knowledge of the poultry industry, especially related to Noiler birds, is highly desirable.
