Qualifications
- Knowledge of the standard IT applications for Windows, macOS, and iOS, as well as troubleshooting laptops, mobile phones, and video conferencing systems
- Broad interest in IT topics, from hardware to software to the latest technological trends
- Empathy, an open personality, and the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion to develop both professionally and personally
- Solution-oriented and structured mindset and ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way
- Vocational training or experience in a professional service environment with a strong focus on customer service is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of English, both verbal and written, is a must
What You'll Do
- You will take on the role of a trusted advisor and contact person for a wide range of IT-related topics and support requests by building excellent relations with your internal colleagues.
- You will work with colleagues from different teams and support them in making the most of our technologies. Among other things, you will ensure that video conference facilities, workstations, and other IT equipment function properly.
- As a local contact, you will also assist with necessary infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
- As part of your role, you will work closely with our consultants and their teams to help them make the best use of the technology provided to meet their individual needs.
