Job Description
IT asset configuration Management and Enterprise systems engineer is to oversee the daily and long-term management of software and hardware within the organisation. Includes monitoring and recording software and hardware licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout the assets lifecycles. Wintel officer is also responsible for the delivery of key customer installations and projects including virtualization (server and storage), system configuration, regional supports, Microsoft server and exchange rollouts. Provide supervision and support for the 2nd level support engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.sc in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other IT-related field.
- Vmare certified professional, Microsoft certified professional (MCP) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in vendor management
- Minimum of 2 years in 2nd and 3rd Level support
