Responsibilities:
- Daily account management on Google Ads and other platforms for various clients.
- Analyze performance data, monitor budget pacing, and identify trend changes.
- Craft compelling ad and landing page copy.
- Devise strategies to boost performance across all paid campaigns.
- Identify testing opportunities and conduct experiments.
- Research and compile targeted keyword lists, including negative keywords.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and highlight crucial points according to client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the team to address challenges and innovate solutions.
- Contribute to process innovation, documentation, and the development of training resources.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search.
- Knowledge of paid social ads and other promotional channels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with efficient time and workload management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with clients and team members.
- Creativity and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Google & Microsoft Ads Certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in lead generation is highly advantageous.
