Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Backend Management:
- Maintain and update the backend infrastructure of the job board platform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure the platform's functionality and security.
Job Listing Optimization:
- Review and optimize job listings for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve searchability, categorization, and tagging of job postings.
- Monitor trends in job posting behaviors and adjust strategies to maximize job board effectiveness.
Advertisement Management:
- Manage the advertisement processes on the job board platform, including posting, monitoring, and optimizing ad placements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertisement strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze advertisement performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Follow-Up Procedures:
- Implement follow-up procedures to ensure timely responses to user inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Conduct regular reviews of user interactions and engagement on the platform, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standardized follow-up protocols to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor job listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the integrity and credibility of the job board platform.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
User Support and Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer support to job seekers, employers, and other platform users, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, such as user outreach campaigns, feedback collection mechanisms, and community-building initiatives.
- Monitor user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing online platforms, operations, preferably online job boards or similar digital platform or websites.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in backend management tools, database, systems and web technologies
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and derive actionable insights.
