Role Summary
- Ensure smooth studio operations, efficient workflows, and premium client experiences.
- The role supports the full process from client inquiry to final delivery by maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and coordinating the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio setup, organization, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate the full client workflow: inquiry → booking → session → delivery.
- Ensure session readiness (lighting, sets, props, ambience).
- Manage calendars, schedules, and team coordination.
- Enforce SOPs, workflow standards, and studio hygiene.
- Track deliverables and support on-time gallery/print delivery.
- Maintain documentation, inventory logs, and operational reports.
- Assist with logistics for shoots, events, and special projects.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/Asana).
- Warm, professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Experience in operations, coordination, or structured environments is an advantage.
Salary
N175,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
