Job Overview
- We are seeking an individual that can oversee end-to-end responsibility for digital marketing campaigns, from planning and scoping opportunity through to execution, monitoring and analysis of performance.
- Planning, implementation and optimization of paid marketing strategies, mainly in Google Search & Display, App Install Ads, but across other channels where required (Paid social, ASO, Affiliates, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and optimization of paid marketing strategies, mainly in Google Search & Display, App Install Ads, but across other channels where required (Paid social, ASO, Affiliates, etc.).
- Identification of new paid marketing channels and monitoring industry trends and competitor strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, and digital marketing execution to ensure effectiveness execution
- Analyze metrics for the customer acquisition journey, to inform opportunities that will drive the biggest impact to the business
- Understand industry best practices in growth, proactively bringing new ideas and best practices to the team
- Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria
- Work with internal stakeholders and Paid Acquisition Manager to brainstorm and define campaign strategies and plans
- Drive strong experimentation programs (i.e. Creatives performance, incrementality testing, diminishing returns) and be able to clearly quantify results and activate learnings
- Set up and update tracking where necessary
- Carry out weekly/monthly reporting to stakeholders
Specifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND Marketing or equivalent course
- Relevant professional certification
- Three years' + work experience in a related role preferably within the FinTech industry
- Experience working and implementing Tag Management System tools
- Strong knowledge and expertise in several Paid Acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display,...)
- An individual that possesses high level of Self-Awareness, Perseverance, Result orientation, Stress Management, Resilience, Accountability, Proactiveness, Ambition, People development, Influential and Visionary perspective skills
