About Job:

  • We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Google Ads, social media advertising, and creative ad design, with a strong focus on driving measurable results, including leads, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Design high-converting ad creatives (graphics, short videos, and copy).
  • Develop compelling landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support overall digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in running and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Must have completed NYSC
