Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying Management: Strategically oversee and optimize daily ad spending across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta, ensuring maximum budget efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement robust digital advertising strategies tailored to achieve the company’s goals, enhance audience engagement, and drive traffic.
  • Creative Production: Quickly produce creatives for campaigns, demonstrating design skills using tools like Photoshop and basic video editing when necessary.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and campaign variables, using data-driven insights to improve outcomes and maximize reach.
  • Audience Research and Targeting: Perform in-depth audience segmentation and analysis to ensure campaigns are effectively tailored, delivering maximum relevance and impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and optimize campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as cost per click (CPC) and return on investment (ROI).

What Success Looks Like:

  • Optimal Ad Spend: Successfully manage ad budgets with precision, achieving lower CPC while maintaining or improving the quality of campaigns.
  • Enhanced Engagement: Demonstrated impact through strategic media buying and creative development, increasing the brand’s reach and audience acquisition.
  • Data-Driven Results: Consistent analysis and campaign adjustments that lead to significant performance gains and a strong return on marketing investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience in Paid Media: Proven track record of managing large ad budgets, with a primary focus on Meta platforms, while also being familiar with TikTok and Twitter.
  • Media Buying as a Core Skill: Demonstrated expertise in media buying and campaign management, using insights to drive strategy.
  • Creative Design Skills: Ability to produce campaign creatives independently, with experience in tools such as Photoshop and basic video editing software.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools for campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong creative vision alongside media buying acumen.
  • Proficiency in rapidly developing campaign-specific creatives.
